I have that steering wheel with the number 6X0 419 091 J E74 in my car it´s a Lupo TDI (no 3L). This fit´s to your car and to the airbag unit as well.

Die haben im Classic Parts Zentrum die Nummern getauscht, von daher stimmt die Nummer.
